This 21,000-square-foot, LEED-certified design-build facility serves the FDA’s White Oak campus and was developed as a prototype childcare center for the agency.
Armed Forces Medical Examiner System Facility
Dover Air Force Base, DE • Coakley & Williams Construction Experience
This 117,000-square-foot design-build facility houses forensic, DNA, and toxicology laboratories, along with specialized support spaces connected to the Dover Mortuary. The LEED Silver facility incorporates stringent security requirements and redundant MEP systems.
